Creation of a Joint Venture for the Chinese market

ABEO and Jiangsu Jinling Sports Equipment sign an agreement for the creation of a Joint Venture named JIN AO, which will be responsible for the exclusive marketing of sports equipment from 10 brands belonging to ABEO on the territory of mainland China.

Jinling Sports is a Chinese high-level sports equipment company that supplies many major international and local sporting events in China.

This association benefits, on the one hand, from Jinling Sports' strong local knowledge and network of customers in the Chinese sports equipment market and, on the other hand, from the reputation of ABEO's brands in each of its three divisions: sports , climbing & sportainment and changing rooms.

This business partnership will better serve the Chinese domestic market and contribute to accelerating the distribution of ABEO's brands in the global sports equipment market.
