France Equipement Commits to Waste Reduction

From November 16 to 24, 2024, the European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR) took place, aiming to raise awareness of the European Union’s waste prevention policies, promote initiatives and best practices, and encourage businesses and citizens to take concrete action.

This week was an opportunity for France Equipement to reaffirm its commitment to limiting waste production—both in its offices and at its ACMAN factory—while continuing to educate its teams through various initiatives:

• Encouraging electronic document management to reduce paper consumption.
• Using eco-friendly printing services, such as those certified with the Imprim’Vert label, when printing is necessary.
• Incorporating environmental criteria into the design of new products.
• Working with certified suppliers committed to sustainability (ISO 14001).
• Finding solutions to reduce packaging while ensuring product protection.
• Raising employee awareness about consumable usage and energy consumption.

By implementing these actions, France Equipement continues to strengthen its role as a responsible and engaged industry leader in sustainability.
