Each subsidiary embodies its own values ​​and which ABEO fully respects. The Group also carries values ​​that are dear to it and which unite all of its employees, beyond brands and geographic areas.

ABEO has demonstrated since its creation that there is no evolution and success without perseverance. ABEO HEADQUARTERS & OFFICES

Nearly 50 people work in the Group's support functions. The various departments - Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Operations, R&D, CSR, General Management - are spread over two sites in France: Rioz, where the head office is located, and Lyon. The teams work together to support all ABEO companies in their development, according to their needs.

IN RIOZ


Since its creation, the Group's head office has been based in Rioz, a town in the Franche-Comté region of eastern France. The site also brings together the teams of France Equipement and ACMAN, respectively a company and a production site in the Changing Rooms Division.

IN LYON


Since 2016, ABEO has had offices in the heart of Lyon, in the Part-Dieu district. As France's third-largest city in terms of population, the metropolis at the crossroads of Europe offers an ideal strategic location for the Group, the majority of whose companies are located on the continent.

ABEO's three values - trust, perseverance, team spirit - are the result of participative Values Workshops conducted with the head office team. With their more cross-functional vision of the Group and its companies, employees were able to exchange views on various values experienced and to be improved within ABEO. At the end of these workshops, a summary was presented to General Management, who had also taken part in the exercise, and the results were compared: three of their chosen values were part of the employees' selection, proof of a coherence between the values felt and desired. It should be noted that the Group's values are not imposed on its companies, as each embodies its own values, which ABEO fully respects.

The benefits offered within ABEO vary according to entity and country, in order to best meet the local needs of our employees. However, the Group and its companies share a common goal: to offer a pleasant working environment that respects the well-being of everyone. Among the benefits generally offered, we find adapted social benefits (health, vacations, etc.) as well as flexible work organization solutions, depending on the position and the company. Other benefits may also be offered, such as relaxation areas or in-house events.

Yes, ABEO wants to offer its employees a fulfilling environment where everyone can develop and take on new responsibilities, according to their needs and ambitions. We are therefore working to develop our internal mobility offer - to provide more potential gateways between different departments or entities - as well as our training offer. To date, training courses have been organized and run by specialized external service providers, or given internally by employees (from the same company, another Group company or an ABEO support department).

Yes, ABEO makes it a point of honor to ensure the health and safety of all its employees through a Zero Accident policy based on risk prevention, ongoing training, and the commitment of each employee to comply with current safety standards. The Group's various production sites share their best practices because they have the common ambition of guaranteeing a safe, healthy and fulfilling working environment for all. They are supported by ABEO's Lean Management team in developing their prevention culture and implementing actions.

Speaking several languages can be an asset for certain positions within ABEO, particularly those involving international interaction or cross-functional responsibilities. The Group's recruitment process varies according to the position and the company, but it generally involves at least three stages: a review of applications, a telephone or video interview to better understand the candidate's profile, and then a face-to-face interview, sometimes combined with a practical exercise. Each stage is designed to assess not only the candidate's technical skills, but also his or her motivation and fit with the culture of the Group and the company.
